PURPOSE: A sound-equipment-combined stereo hands-free having a sound-equipment connecting plug in order to use both as a mobile phone and a sound equipment is provided to improve the convenience by installing on an earphone a switch for selecting a connection to one of the mobile phone and the sound equipment. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) is comprised of a stereo hands-free microphone(1-a,1-b,1-L,1-R) and a plug(1-c) of a conventional stereo earphone. The apparatus(1) is connected to a mobile phone(2) and a sound equipment(3). When receiving a phone call during a user listens music through the sound equipment(3), the user switches a switch(S/W1) to disconnect to the sound equipment(3). After the telephone call, the user switched the switch(S/W1) to connect to the sound equipment(3).
