PURPOSE: A method and a device for arranging rolled bar are provided to improve work efficiency by quick and exact arrangement work of bar by unrolling rolled bar although exposed bar is projected, to shorten a term of works, to reduce labor cost, and to improve the quality of the construction method. CONSTITUTION: A method for arranging rolled bar includes steps of installing a spacer on a slab on which an exposed bar is projected; arranging a tube spacer to a space in which the spacer is not installed; expanding the tube spacer by a compressor to a height higher than the height of the exposed bar; unfolding the rolled bar at the height higher than the height of the exposed bar; securing the rolled bar on the spacer by contracting the tube spacer; and completely contracting the tube spacer and drawing out the tube spacer to the outside.
