PURPOSE: A method for painting a paved road is provided to spread glass beads on a surface of a luminous layer when the luminous layer starts hardened, and to set the glass beads into the luminous layer in protrusive type, thereby preventing vehicles or pedestrians from sliding at night. CONSTITUTION: A surface of a pavement(10) is coated with an antiskid agent mixing slag with at least more than one of selected resins, to form an antiskid layer(12). An upper side of the antiskid layer(12) is coated with pigments for indicating a road, to form an indication layer(14). An upper side of the indication layer(14) is coated with luminous pigments, to form a luminous layer(16). Glass beads(18) are spread on a surface of the luminous layer(16) when the luminous layer(16) starts hardened, to set the glass beads(18) into the luminous layer(16) in protrusive type.
