PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web server terminal, a Web client terminal, a network system, and an access control method capable of easily and surely preventing a wrong connection even in the double registration of IP address. SOLUTION: The Web server terminal of the network system comprises a management table capable of storing its own host name, a host name detection means for reading a host name from HTTP header in response to receipt of an access request, and a determination means for comparing the host name read by the host name detection means with the host name stored in the management table to determine wether the both are matched or not. When the host name transmitted from the Web client terminal is matched, a Web processing means permits communication, and when the host name is not matched, the Web processing means rejects the communication.
