INSURANCE CONTRACT GUIDE SYSTEM BY USE OF COMPUTER NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user who has a terminal unit connected with the Internet and desires to enter into an insurance contract or asks an agency to have consultation concerning the whole insurance to select an insurance agency satisfying conditions of a dealing possible time and a dealing possible area that the user hopes arbitrarily from a list of agencies listed on an agency reading page provided by an insurance service providing company on the Internet and receive face-to-face explanation for desired insurance product or ask the consultation related to the whole insurance in order to enable entry into the insurance contract and receive the consultation related to the whole insurance even when the time is out of business hour of an insurance company.

SOLUTION: Profiles such as products to be handled by the insurance company, dealing possible time, and location of the agencies are registered into agency data base managed by the insurance service providing company in advance. A list of agencies which satisfy the conditions by matching desired conditions from the terminal unit user registered into a customer management server temporarily with order receivable conditions of the agencies is displayed in the user's terminal unit so that the user can select one agency arbitrarily from among the displayed agencies.
