<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information suitable for a customer, in a CRM system connected through an operation terminal unit provided with a display part and a communication network. <P>SOLUTION: This CRM system which has CRM data base for storing various information, is characterized in that it reads customer ID of a card inserted into the operation terminal unit, and transmits information type for the customer stored in the CRM data base to the operation terminal unit through the communication network to display it in the display part. The customer selects information type that he/she desires an offer of information from the displayed information types and transmits the selected information to the operation terminal unit from the CRM data base through the communication network to display it in the display part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
