<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house development data retrieval system capable of quickly outputting a list of houses using a prescribed member and improving the after service property. <P>SOLUTION: A member DB 27 stores member data constituting a house in conformation to its house code and house name. According to the designation of the house code or house name, a control part 9 reads the corresponding member data from member data stored in the member DB 27, and outputs it to a display part 19 or the like or transmits it an AS terminal 3 through a communication network 5. This structure is realized, whereby houses using a prescribed member can be retrieved.
