<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust clock skew supplied to RAM modules in a controller of an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 30 reads SPD information of the installed RAM modules 60 and acquires memory capacity of each of the RAM modules 60. A ROM 50 stored information regarding a clock adjustment value corresponding to the memory capacity, and the CPU 30 controls a phase shifter based on this information.
