PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select the optimal communication path among a plurality of communication paths existing among information processors even when a plurality of the communication paths are the ones whose characteristics change. SOLUTION: The information processor 10 having a shared storage 15 which can be accessed by a host 20 is provided with a group of NICs (negative impedance converters) with which a plurality of the communication paths are connected, which are connected with the host 20, an I/O processing part 112 that executes an I/O processing of the shared storage 15 according to an I/O request of the host 20, a hard disk 12 holding pieces of log information 122 by every data transfer performed with the host and a communication path selection part 114 that selects a communication path having a record of indicating satisfactory I/O processing performance among communication paths used in data transfer in the past with similar communication conditions by referring to pieces of the log information 122 held by the hard disk 12.
