PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reciprocal circuit element in which an efficiency in transmission of signals is improved by suppressing an insertion loss. SOLUTION: In a non-reciprocal circuit element 1, a common electrode 14 is arranged on a plate-like magnetic substance 15, three central conductors 11, 12 and 13 formed while being extended in three directions from the common electrode 14 are bent to wrap the plate-like magnetic substance 15, the respective central electrodes 11-13 cross at a prescribed angle, and capacitors C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>3</SB>are connected to one terminal of each of the central conductors 11-13. The capacitance of the capacitor C<SB>1</SB>connected to one central conductor 11 crossing the side away from the plate-like magnetic substance 15 is made larger than the capacitance of the capacitor C<SB>2</SB>connected to the other central conductor 12.
