Mould (10), comprising lower (14i) and upper (14s) halves with surfaces shaped to form the required panel between them, has the upper half able to move vertically relative to the lower one and capable of rotation through 180 degrees so that its molding surface faces upwards. The movement is controlled by two vertical and motorized guide columns (28) with synchronized operation, and the opening of the mould can be assisted by power cylinders.
