Run -out device for lengths of fabric

A run-out roller supports the length of fabric and features thread-like slots around its periphery, running from the centre of the roller to its ends. The slots bring the length of its material to its full width. The two roller halves have a cover which is adapted to the curvature of the roller. Special control elements are provided to control swivelling movement and these are influenced by the edges of the length of fabric.
