<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve strategic production planning in which products of manufacturers, strategies for selling and profitability are taken into consideration. <P>SOLUTION: A production planning method is comprised of; an order priority setting procedure for receiving a determined or expected order including at least product names, customer names, applications, quantities, and required delivery dates, thereby setting the priority of the order, based on importance defined for every customer and the application; and a production subject determining procedure for determining a production subject by considering the priority of each order. Also, in the business where the importance of transaction is varied depending on the customers using the products and application thereof, the priority of the order is determined by considering the importance of the products, customers and application thereof, and in some cases, profitability.
