PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manages keys for facilities that a plurality of users use.

SOLUTION: A facility management system includes a lock device and a facility managing device which manages the lock device; and the lock device is equipped with a reception part (S21) which receives key information for unlocking the lock device from a user's mobile communication terminal and a transmission part (S22) which sends the received key information to the facility managing device and the facility managing device is equipped with a generation part (S11) which generates the key information, a storage part (S12) which stores the generated key information, a transmission part (S13) which sends the stored key information to the mobile communication terminal, a reception part (S14) which receives the key information received by the lock device from the lock device, control parts (S15, S16) which perform control so that the lock device is unlocked when the stored key information matches the received key information, and erasure parts (S17, S18) which erase the stored key information a specified period later.
