PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hands-free speech unit and a mobile phone capable of attaining stably high voice recognition by preventing reduction in a voice recognition rate due to a difference between a surrounding environment at voice pattern registration and a surrounding environment at voice recognition. SOLUTION: In the case of voice recognition by a voice recognition unit (73) of a mobile phone (7), a particular key of the mobile phone (7) is operated to transmit a noise canceller control signal from the mobile phone (7) to the hands-free speech unit (3), and the noise canceller control signal revises a noise canceling amount of a noise canceller (35) of the hands-free speech unit (3).
