PURPOSE: A method for producing an on-line homepage by user authentication and a recording medium read by computer capable of implementing the same are provided to transmit an inherent homepage of a user by receiving a domain address and an authentication number of the homepage which is designated to a user, thereby executing a user authentication and user joining process, and producing the homepage. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a web server of a service provider(S100). The user transmits a domain address and an authentication number designated through storage media(S110). A transmitted domain address and authentication number are compared with data stored in an authentication database of the service provider. If the user is authenticated as a normal user, a member information input form is transmitted to a terminal of the user(S120). The user inputs personal information, and transmits the inputted personal information to the web server of the service provider(S130). The transmitted member information is stored in a member database of the service provider. Administrator log-in information is transmitted to the user for accessing an administrator of the homepage(S140). The user transmits homepage manufacturing request information to the service provider(S150). The service provider prepares and stores contents in the domain address and homepage area which is designated to the user(S160).
