PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for preparing a basic material for hygienic napkins which improves work efficiency and reduces working processes, thereby cutting down the production cost. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes: a raw material supply device(100) to supply an absorption pad(1) and a non-woven fabric(2); a guide device(200) having a plurality of rollers to guide the absorption pad and the non-woven fabric supplied from the raw material supply device; a folding device(300) to fold the non-woven fabric to surround the absorption pad; a compression device(400) equipped with a heating device and having a pair of rollers(410) to thermally compress the raw material from the folding process to a predetermined thickness; and a punching device(500) having a pair of rollers(510) equipped with punching pins to form a plurality of pores on the non-woven fabric from the compression process.
