PURPOSE: A clothes having thermal insulation material is provided to maintain body temperature by inserting thermal insulation material like newspapers or expanded polystyrene to an incised portion of an outer cover. CONSTITUTION: An incised portion(30) is formed to either a front outer cover(10) or a rear outer cover of clothes(100). A suturing device is equipped along the incised portion to open and close the incised portion selectively. Therein, thermal insulation material(20) is inserted between an inner cover(11) and the outer cover through the incised portion. A separation preventing device(12) made by rubber is installed to the inner cover near thermal insulation material to prevent thermal insulation material from separating with friction force. Therefore, a body is protected from sudden cold during travel by inserting thermal insulation material into clothes.
