PURPOSE: A binding structure of documents is provided to insert the document into a cover paper, and to fix the cover paper with staples, then to attach the document to a surface of the cover paper by removing a release paper from an adhesive tape, thereby preventing the staples from being exposed. CONSTITUTION: The first adhesive part(11) is exposed by removing a release paper(12) in order to be attached to a back cover(4), as being attached to upper/lower sides of a curved part(2). An adhesive tape(10) has the second adhesive part(13) to which the release paper(12) is attached. The first adhesive part(11) of the adhesive tape(10) is attached to the first adhesive surface(20) on the back cover(4). The second adhesive part(13) of the adhesive tape(10) is attached to the second adhesive surface(30). The second adhesive surfaces(40) are on a front cover(3). The second adhesive part(13) of the adhesive tape(10) is attached to the second adhesive surfaces(40).
