PURPOSE: A fast-acting formulation capable of being quickly dissolved in the mouth by containing sildenafil as a therapeutic agent for erectile impotence in the shape of lactate is provided. The formulation exhibits a non-bitter taste and quick medicinal effects, and a user easily takes it. CONSTITUTION: A fast-acting formulation of sildenafil lactate is characterized in that it contains sildenafil lactate and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier as an effective ingredient. The pharmaceutically acceptable carrier is one or more selected from sugars, disintegrants, binders, excipients and lubricants. The disintegrants are one or more selected from menthol, camphor, thymol, organic acid, lower fatty acid and a mixture thereof.
