PURPOSE: A reference voltage generating circuit of a high-speed current switch is provided to increase the stability of operation by connecting an OP(Operational) amplifier in multi stages to supply a constant reference voltage. CONSTITUTION: A first reference voltage supplying unit(3) is connected to an end of a high-speed current switch to supply a first constant reference voltage(vt) by using a feedback function. A second reference voltage supplying unit(4) is connected to the other end of the high-speed current switch to supply a second constant reference voltage(vb) by using the feedback function. A constant voltage generating unit(5) generates constant voltages at the first and second reference voltage supplying units(3,4) through the feedback function to supply them.
