<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system in which a partition member to cope with variations of the fuel cell is structured by a common component without using a partition member customized according to variations of the fuel cell and the fuel is made not to be consumed by combustion, thereby, the generating efficiency is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The partition member of the generating reaction chamber, the fuel exhausting chamber, and the combustion chamber of the fuel cell system is made a material having expansion capability.
