<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely calculate and present the time when a customer's turn comes, to a user according to the change of the use state of service. <P>SOLUTION: A customer guide system is provide with a use startable time arithmetic part 33 which, when the user of the service makes an inquiry when applying for use of the service, calculates the use startable time of the service according to the current use state and queueing state of the service and presents the calculation result to the user; an application information storage part 7 which, when the user applies for the use of the service, registers the queueing of the user while relating it to the service; an arithmetic result information part 36 which recalculates the use startable time of the user according to the change of the use state or queueing state of the service by the time the user uses the service on the basis of registration of queueing and informs the user of the time until the user starts using the service; and a queueing registration update part 34 which cancels the queueing registration of the user when the user starts using the service to update the queueing state of the service. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
