<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which unitedly manage information regarding broken-down articles and its repair and totals the occurrence states of failures. <P>SOLUTION: A repair information system 1 which is arranged at a repair base where broken-down articles are repaired, is equipped with a repair database 18 which stores the failure state of the broke-down articles and their repair state. In the repair database 18, a receiving process part 12 registers a received repair request and a repair result management part 13 registers as operation result that a repairing operator inputs. A billing process part 14 performs a billing process by referring to the repair database 18 and a sending process part 15 delivers the repaired articles.
