<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information processing device and electronic equipment capable of easily acquiring timing for a bus break for debug from the outside, and to provide information processing device and electronic equipment for preventing generation of an unintended bus break at the time of debug. <P>SOLUTION: In a microcomputer 100, a debug unit 40 having a bus break function is mounted. The debug unit 40 includes a bus break value setting register 44 for setting a bus break value for comparing with bus information, a circuit 48 for detecting generation of a bus break condition by comparing the value set in the bus break value setting register 44 with bus information, and a circuit 48 for outputting a trigger signal to an external terminal when the bus break condition is generated. Information on the kind of a bus master, the kind of access, the size of access data and an interruption level is set.
