PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module preventing transfer of vibration to a battery in normal use, and surely discharging gas to the outside space when gas is generated from the laminate battery. SOLUTION: This battery module is equipped with a laminate film acting as a battery outer jacket, a power generating element comprising at least electrodes, active materials, and an electrolyte, the battery formed by covering the power generating element with the laminate film, and a battery assembly formed by assembling a plurality of batteries. A case housing the battery assembly, and a plurality of fillers comprising materials having different characteristics are installed between the battery or the battery assembly and the case, and the material having the lowest flow starting temperature of a plurality of fillers is arranged in the periphery of the battery.
