PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make pinion gears movable for a distance corresponding to half the slide stroke of a slide cap so that respective rack gears having the length of half the slide stroke of the slide cap suffice. SOLUTION: The slide cap 4 has the rack gears 75 and 81 and is slidingly movably supported by interposing and meshing the pinion gears 52 and 53 between the rack gears 75 and 81 and the rack gears 56 and 56 disposed on an outer casing 2 side.
