PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a hindrance of an air flow reaching a sensor by a sensor protective guard. SOLUTION: When assembling the sensor, the guard 2 is provided with a spiral part 13 arranged to extend in a spiral shape to the sensor 1 side from the periphery of the sensor 1. In detail, among the guard 2, a part positioned nearest to the sensor 1 is formed of the spiral part 13 extending in a spiral shape to the sensor 1 side from the periphery of the sensor 1.
