PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve and present an off-center or interesting content to a user. SOLUTION: When one artist is specified, other users who select the specified one artist are specified. The specified other users preliminarily select artists other than the one artist, and artists selected by other users are thus acquired. The artist selected by the most users of the acquired artists is taken as the most frequently selected artist, and this most frequently selected artist is presented. Accordingly, since the most frequently selected artist obtained by acquiring the artists selected by other users and taking statics is presented to the user, off-center and interesting presentations according to tastes of individual users can be performed.
