PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a plurality of third parties of permission to browse user's image data so that the third particles can't know the other third party's address and the third party can confirm that the message is addressed to himself, and to inform the plurality of third parties of permission to browse user's image data so that the third parties may not repeatedly receive the message with the same contents. SOLUTION: One extracted address is individually stored according to the result of comparison between one address extracted from address information including a plurality of third party's addresses. A message is created and transmitted to each of the individually stored addresses. Alternatively, the individually stored addresses are collected into one to create and transmit a message.
