PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decompressing valve having excellent responsiveness to a lowered pressure on a secondary side. SOLUTION: A valve casing is composed of an upper lid 3, a body 5 and a lower lid 7. A inlet 19, a valve port 22 and an outlet 20 are formed in the body 5 and a valve body 4 is laid below the valve port 22. An upper end of a bellows 28 is fixed to the underside of the periphery of the valve body 4, and a lower end of the bellows 28 is fixed to an upper end of an annular fitting member 30. A seal member 33 is provided between the body 5 and the fitting member 30. A balance chamber 34 is formed between the valve body 4 and the lower lid 7 by the bellows 28, and a communicating hole 35 to introduce the pressure of the outlet 20 to the balance chamber 34 is formed at the valve body 4. A drain hole 36 is formed at the lower lid 7, and a drain valve 6 is connected to a drain hole outlet 37. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
