PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a coin receiving and putting-out device provided with hoppers in the vertical direction. SOLUTION: In this coin receiving and putting-out device comprising a coin receiving device, a sorting device for sorting the received coins by each denomination, and distributing the coins into a coin hopper of the corresponding denomination, the plurality of coin hoppers for storing the coins distributed from the sorting device in a bulk state, and putting out the coins one by one, and a putting-out device for sending the coins put out from the plurality of coin hoppers to a putting-out port, a plurality of rows of upper and lower coin hoppers are arranged, and the upper and lower coin hoppers are aligned in the vertical direction to form a coin receiving and accommodating device.
