PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device having a reflection plate is provided to prevent the crack of a second insulating film caused by the taper generated when the thickness of the reflection plate is high and effectively reduce the vertical crosstalk by reducing the thickness of the reflection plate. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display device includes a reflection plate(23c) reduced in the thickness from 2000Å to 500-1000Å by forming pixel electrodes(25) with indium oxide instead of aluminum alloy. The reflection plate is positioned between first and second insulating films(22,24). Since the thickness of the reflection plate is reduced, the crosstalk resulted from the increase of capacitance value among data lines(19) and reflecting electrodes, while keeping the reflectivity equal. |
