PURPOSE: A transparent plastic block for a sidewalk and a traffic lane is provided to obtain the effectiveness of advertising by writing words and figures in the block, not to replace for a long time by improving strength, durability, and thermal resistance, to cut down labor and material costs by using wasted blocks in replacing the broken block. CONSTITUTION: A transparent plastic block for a sidewalk and a traffic lane is composed of a block body(1) made from synthetic resin of which the strength is strong, a step(5) formed at an upper end of the block body and bent inwardly or outwardly, a lid(2) made from the material identical with the block body to put a lower end of the lid on the step that is formed at the upper end of the block body, and print layers(3,4) formed on the lid, the bottom of the block body or objectives filling up the inside thereof, whereon words, numbers or figures are printed to be showed from the top of the lid.
