PURPOSE: A jumping exercise appliance for substituting a jump rope is provided to alleviate spatial restrictions and stimulate interests in exercise to increase the opportunity of exercise. CONSTITUTION: The jumping exercise appliance(100) comprises a foot board body; and a rotary beam exit portion(140) which is disposed at one side of the foot board body and rotates a beam in a direction of crossing the foot board body to exit the beam. An exercise timing is adjusted by a method of rotating light, thereby to enable to execute an exercise of the same manner as a jump rope.
