BIAXIALLY ELONGATED POLYESTER FILM

PURPOSE: A biaxially elongated polyester film is provided to contain a UV stabilizer, thereby having excellent UV-protecting performance and excellent quenching properties as well as widely applicable to electro-electronic materials. CONSTITUTION: A mat layer(A-layer) has less than 55% of 60-degree brilliance, and has less than 65% of turbidity. A basic layer(B-layer) is polyethylene terephthalate. A coating layer(C-layer) gives an adhesive property in a film elongation process. At least one layer consists of a resin containing 0.01-5 weight % of UV stabilizer. The mat layer(A-layer) contains 0.5-10 weight % of silicon dioxide whose average particle size is between 0.5 and 20 micrometers.
