<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-speed transmission and build an economical structure for a communication control system and a communication control method, in which plural optical subscriber line terminators are connected in a ring shape. <P>SOLUTION: In the communication control system and the communication control device, an optical subscriber line local termination device 4 and plural optical terminator 2 are connected via an optical fiber concentrator 3. The optical subscriber line local termination device 4 makes transmission and reception control of data frames, including a frame discriminator and makes sending control of an access control frame including a frame discriminator within a predetermined time interval. The optical concentrator 3 provides a construction, including optical fiber transmission lines connecting between the optical subscriber line local termination device 4 and the plurality of subscriber line terminators 2 as an access control frame goes around the ring. The plurality of subscriber lines 2 receiver the access control frame, acquits a transmission right, send transmission data sent from a terminator as a data frame by the acquisition of the transmission right, and send repeating the access control frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
