<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a store operation system which can unitedly control the flow of information concerned with store operation between stores developed as chain stores and a management department which controls them and perform smooth and efficient information processing. <P>SOLUTION: The plurality of stores and the management department which controls them are connected through a network and on a server connected to the network, a Web site that a network terminal accesses to browse with a Web browser is constructed. This Web site is provided with an input area for inputting information on know-how, management improvement, etc., regarding the store operation and information inputted from the network terminal to the input area is made open to the public on the Web site to support the store management; and a counter means by which a person who browses the information made open to the public polls whether the information is effective is provided and a bonus is given to the applicant of the information according to the number of effective evaluations counted by the counting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
