PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the user registration to a service on a network. SOLUTION: CE equipment 132 transmits, when performing the user registration to a service providing server 102-2, basic information such as the name, address and mail address of a user and service dependent information required for the user registration to the service providing server 102-2 to a central service registration server 104. The central service registration server 104 stores the basic information by itself and make the service dependent information store the service providing server 102-2. When the CE equipment 132 performs the user registration to a service providing server 102-n, it transmits only the service dependent information required for the user registration to the central service registration server 104.
