<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module having high manufacturing efficiency and capable of reducing a cost related with manufacture and to provide a method of manufacturing the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: By using a film-like synthetic resin for a protecting member, a solar cell module can be bent to some extent, and the tabular solar cell module having a low cost and high manufacturing efficiency is formed.
