PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transfer data by dynamically changing an execution server in the case of selecting a transfer path in data transfer.

SOLUTION: In this data transfer system that performs the data transfer by selecting the execution server that executes the data transfer among a main server and a plurality of mirror servers constituting a distribution server by performing a routing processing, it is provided with a transfer rate comparison means that measures data transfer rate by the selected execution server and compares the measured transfer rate with prescribed transfer rate, the execution server is selected again among the main server or the plurality of the mirror servers by performing the routing processing again according to output of the transfer rate comparison means and pieces of untransferred data which are not transferred by the execution servers selected before it are transferred to a client by the execution server which is selected again.
