PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology whereby a user at a caller side terminal receives a new service. SOLUTION: Upon the receipt of a call signal from a mobile phone 105a, an exchange 101 uses the number to allow an RBT (Ring Back Tone) management center 102 to search whether or not a record set in advance by a user of a called party exists in a user DB 102b and receives the result of searching. When the record with the number is extracted by the searching, RBT data set by the record are acquired from a music DB 102a and the exchange 101 receives the RBT data via the RBT management center 102. The exchange 101 transmits the RBT data received from the RBT management center 102 to the mobile phone 105a, which produces ringing on the basis of the received RBT data. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
