PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal control unit, a mobile terminal, a mobile terminal control method, and a mobile terminal control program whereby a user, a manager of a facility, and people around the user can securely permit the use of a mobile terminal at a place in which functions of the mobile terminal are to be required. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal control unit is configured such that the unit is loaded to the mobile terminal and outputs a function limit instruction signal for instructing the mobile terminal to limit all or part of functions of the mobile terminal to the mobile terminal.
