ARTIFACT UNLOADING AND LOADING SYSTEM OF HYDRAULIC PRESS PROCESS FOR FABRICATING CUTTING AND GRINDING WHEEL

PURPOSE: An artifact unloading and loading system of hydraulic press process for fabricating cutting and grinding wheel is provided to improve quality of processed product and productivity through uniformed unloading and loading operation by robot and reduce labor cost by reducing manpower in overall fabrication process of the wheel. CONSTITUTION: In an ordinary hydraulic press facility for fabricating cutting and grinding wheel comprising hydraulic press comprising conveyor for flowing in workpiece and discharging formed artifact, artifact loading pallet(22) installed at one side of the conveyor so that artifact is loaded on the artifact loading pallet, and pressing plate loading pallet(23) installed at one side of the artifact loading pallet so that pressing plate for pressing the artifact(20) during sintering operation is loaded on the pressing plate loading pallet, the artifact unloading and loading system of hydraulic press process for fabricating cutting and grinding wheel is characterized in that the hydraulic press facility for fabricating cutting and grinding wheel further comprises a frame assembly(4) comprising post frame(40) which is installed in the upper part of the conveyor, artifact loading pallet and pressing plate loading pallet and has various shaped cross sections including inverted L character shape, and which is erected on and fixed to the ground to form a certain height with rail frame(41) and traveling shaft frame being installed at the upper one side of the post frame(40); and an artifact unloading and loading system(2) comprising robots(3,3') at the lower edge of which a plural various shaped adsorption pads(31) are installed, and at the upper side of which a motor(33) mounted body(30) is installed, wherein the motor(33) is required to move the adsorption pads(31) vertically.
