PURPOSE: Provided is a bath towel which provides beneficial components to the skin of a user while removing dirt from the skin during bath or shower by improving a structure of the bath towel. CONSTITUTION: The bath towel includes a main body and a hygroscopic paper pack. The main body is formed of at least two fabric sheets capable of absorbing moisture. The two fabric sheets are joined by stitching their edges in one piece to have an inner space. The hygroscopic paper pack contains a mixture of 37.85 to 47.85% of dried wormwood; 23.57 to 33.57% of dried green tea leaves; 22.14 to 32.14% of roasted rice bran; and 0.5 to 6.5% of dried ginseng. The paper pack is sealed in the main body of the bath towel.
