PURPOSE: A dual poly(vinyl chloride) waterproof sheet containing a recycled poly(vinyl chloride) waterproof sheet and a composite waterproofing method using the sheet are provided, to improve the waterproofing property and the binding force of joining part and to prevent the formation of step at the joining part. CONSTITUTION: The dual poly(vinyl chloride) waterproof sheet(200) comprises a recycled poly(vinyl chloride) sheet(220) prepared from 70-80 wt% of the waste poly(vinyl chloride) resin, 10-14 wt% of the recycled resin obtained by recycling the waste vinyl acetate copolymer adhesive film scrap, 5-8 wt% of the recycled water obtained by recycling the waste vinyl acetate copolymer adhesive and 5-8 wt% of stone powder; and a new poly(vinyl chloride) sheet(210) laminated on the recycled poly(vinyl chloride) sheet. Preferably the thickness ratio of the recycled poly(vinyl chloride) sheet(220) to the new poly(vinyl chloride) sheet(210) is 5-6 : 1.
