PURPOSE: An emergency battery charger of a personal portable terminal is provided to charge manually a battery by using a stylus as a rotation driving unit. CONSTITUTION: An emergency battery charger of a personal portable terminal(10) includes a generation unit and a rotation driving unit for operating the generation unit. The generation unit is operated by the rotation of the rotation unit. The generation unit generates the electric power in order to charge a battery(1). The rotation driving unit is a stylus of the personal portable terminal(10). The stylus(20) is manually rotated since the stylus(20) has a refractive structure. An insertion hole is formed around the generation unit of the personal portable terminal(10). The rotation driving unit is inserted into the insertion hole. The rotation driving unit is installed at a commutator(3) of the generation unit.
