PURPOSE: A vane turbine is provided to improve the rotating efficiency by installing latchet groove and a rotating member inside a rotating chamber. CONSTITUTION: A housing(10) has an oval rotating chamber(11). An inlet and an outlet are formed in both ends of the rotating chamber. A rotating member(40) is installed in the rotating chamber by combining the center with a rotating shaft. Many latchet grooves(42) are formed through the outer circumference of a circular body. Slot grooves(43) are formed between each latchet grooves. Many vanes are combined with springs(S) to freely enter by combining with each slot grooves. Thereby, the rotating efficiency of a vane turbine is improved and the sealing ability of the divided spaces by the vanes is improved.
