PURPOSE: A germanium composite mineral having immune function is provided. Therefore, the product exhibits selective toxicity against cancer cell lines when being dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide as a pharmaceutically acceptable solvent and can be used as an immunostimulating agent. CONSTITUTION: A germanium composite mineral has a particle size of 800 to 5,000 meshes and comprises 36ppm of each germanium, biotite, dioctahedral, phlogopite, feldspar, tourmaline, garnet, apatite and opaque minerals as a main mineral component, 0.05ppm of iodide, 10ppm of cobalt, 5ppm of selenium and 74.2ppm of banadium as an auxiliary mineral component. The product also contains at least one of excipients, disintegrants and lubricants. The effective daily dosage amount thereof is about 0.6 to 6μg, preferably 3 to 6μg, per the body weight of the patient.
