DIGITAL MULTI FUNCTION MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital multi function machine with a function whereby a user or a serviceman easily performs material management including recording paper and charging management by visually displaying transition of an operating state of the recording paper of the like or an operating state of copy/fax/printer/ scanner or the like.

SOLUTION: The digital multi function machine characterized in that it records counts of a plurality of counters selected among a copy counter for counting copy operations; a printer counter for counting print operations; a scanner counter for counting scanner operations; and a FAX related counter for counting FAX transmission and FAX reception operations to a nonvolatile memory, and is provided with: a totalizing means for totalizing the counts of the counters by each prescribed period; a plurality of total counters each having a sectional count unit for recording the result of sum by the totalizing means; and an output means for outputting the result of summation recorded in the total counters.
